Aycliffe Dentistry is a family of dental practices serving the area of Kent. With three different practices located in Paddock Wood, Whitstable and Swalecliffe, Aycliffe Dentistry provides a range of NHS, Denplan and independent treatments.
Prior to finding WGS Waste Management, Aycliffe Dentistry were using a larger clinical waste company for their waste collection and disposal. Faced with their collections being changed at short notice and the service being extremely unreliable and costly, Aycliffe Dentistry were becoming more and more unhappy with the service they were receiving. Despite being charged large amounts they were frequently left with uncollected clinical waste of which they had nowhere to store or lock away. This left the dental practices with hazardous waste left within the practices themselves and this simply couldn’t continue.
The Area Manager for Aycliffe Dentistry decided to take matters into their own hands and began looking for a new waste management company. Using an online search, WGS Waste Management appeared and Aycliffe Dentistry contacted the team to enquire about their services.
We were happy to discuss our services and we soon began providing our clinical waste service for one of their dental practices. Due to the high quality of our service this soon progressed to servicing all three of the Aycliffe Dentistry practices. We now currently provide a variety of waste collection services to the dental practices including: sharps waste disposal and gypsum waste collection and disposal.
The reliability and cost-effectiveness of the service delivered by WGS Waste Management has been a real positive for Aycliffe Dentistry. Ellen, the Practice Manager of the dental practices, described how WGS are always happy to offer additional collections if required and the flexibility of the service we provide has offered them a great sense of reassurance.
Aycliffe Dentistry find our yearly reviews particularly helpful. This is where we look at the service we have providing to see if there is anything we can do to make it even better and more tailored to the client. This sense of always wanting to help the practice, our approachable manner and our personal touch, has built a strong working relationship between the dental practices and WGS.
Not only this, the fact WGS are committed to providing sustainable waste solutions has been a real highlight for Aycliffe Dentistry as they, like WGS, are extremely environmentally conscious. In Ellen’s own words “We have never been let down by WGS and would definitely recommend their services to other businesses.”
